The drums gave me an outlet as a younger boy, but when the teenage years came knocking I felt that the world of chords, harmonies and composing melodies was occupying my mind more so naturally I took up the guitar. Nowadays the guitar is my ”go to” when writing my material.

If you exclude my general love for playing instruments one could argue that the drumkit
is my main instrument. We all know that rythm is the foundation of most music out there.
That is something I’ve been told since the younger years and still to this day belive very strongly

This quote from Stan Getz I’ve carried with me a very long time, and works more like a personal rule for me when I look for people the jam, rehears, write and perform with. Always seeking the chance to delvelope myself as a songwriter, musician, artist and performer. So when I heard the sweet sound coming out of a sweet Yanagisawa I knew that I wanted to be able to play that instrument in my life. That was definitely going to be a prominent part of my music. Now one could say that I’m on my way of making it true.
